Managed the design overhaul of this 125 unit pizza chain with an annual spend of approximately $40 million. Duties included auditing current flagship and franchise locations, design graphics package, develop tier toolkit to fit three variable retail footprints and fulfilling full graphics package for regional Flagship rest-utainment facilities. Additionally provided solutions for uniforms and marketing for above line and out of home efforts
